Here is a sample menu of a healthy days eating.
On Rising: Barley Green in Juice (the amount of Barley Green depends upon the stage of healing you are in)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit Herb tea Organic multi grain toast
Lunch: Barley Green in Juice 15 min. before lunch then a Large fruit salad (home made)
Dinner: Barley Green in Juice 30 min. before dinner Large raw salad with homemade dressing and if still hungry a baked potatoe or cooked vegetable.
I find that there a so many variations of this that I never get bored. It is the fastest way to health, weight loss, and energy I know and I have tried everything.
