Our Sales policy       All sales are final. All of our kids are healthy when they leave the farm and we will not be held responsible for loss of an animal due to shipping stress or illness contracted after they leave our care. We do reserve the right to retain any goat that is born If that animal is determined to be needed for improvement of our  Show herd.  ***You do not have to make a specific reservation to be on my waiting list.   The waiting list is for any  goat request or just to be notified when any kids are born who are available for sale or even  a grown animal but if someone does put money down , that cancels your 1st refusal.  I do not require monetary deposits but rather "encourage" them.    I am keeping a list of names for first refusals (remember please that even if you are second or third refusal, you might end up with that animal because it Is very often that people want a goat and change their mind).  Note: first refusal on paper is not the same as Your sending a deposit. If someone does send a deposit in, that would cancel your first refusal request. But a money deposit is NOT required, just encouraged.     Kids will only become available after I am sure that they are not a candidate for use in our herd improvement program.    Because we continue to strive to keep the “numbers” down and not grow too big to do it right, each year I must choose many that are already show and breeding prospects but need to move to new homes so that I can keep up coming goats.  So if you are interested in a mature animal, let me know and I will record that request and let you know when and if I am ready to let the animal go.   If I tell you that a goat you want is in fact available and you have not given a deposit, you need to send that deposit in immediately or the request goes to the next person.  No exceptions.   Deposit amounts (to hold a goat until pickup can be arranged):                           mature breeding quality = $100                           Doe and buck kids before born = $50                           Doe and buck kids after born  = $100                           Weathers  = $50 If the goat is not picked up or shipped at the prearranged date, there will be a $3.00 per day, per animal boarding charge for each animal. If the buyer has not made contact with God’s Love Farm within two weeks from that previously arranged pick-up/shipment date, the buyer will forfeit all money paid up to that date and the goat/goats will be offered for sale to the next interested client.     Please understand also that goats are herd animals and do not fare well alone without another goat.  Therefore we do not sell only one animal unless you already have other goats.    We can ship out of Manchester, NH (MHT)   All costs (transportation, testing, health certificates, crates, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the new owner.
